JOIN US  for a community gathering on Saturday, September 19 graciously hosted once again by Mardy Widman at her beautiful property near the former OCAC campus. Last year’s event was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, and we hope to see you there again!

Mardy is sharing her space, we want to make sure we have enough help so she doesn't have to do a thing.

Dates and times we need help(you don't need to be available for the entire window):

  • Friday, September 18, 12–4pm — party prep and light yard work

  • Saturday, September 19, 2–4pm — party setup

  • Saturday, September 19, 3:45–4:45pm — help direct people from overflow parking

  • Saturday, September 19, 7–9pm — cleanup

  • Sunday, September 20, 10am–1pm — post-party cleanup/reset
